RETURN POLICY

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not




• You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date of delivery

  
  

• AGovem Meerschaum accepts to refund (less shipping and when only the original package has been returned with the unsmoked pipe(s) no later than 15 days from delivery. Please note that the special/custom orders are non-refundable



• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt




• You are responsible for shipping costs to AGovem Meerschaum
